Luis Cappeletti is founder and General Director of S&OP Team, a Consulting Company specialized in Supply Chain Management based in Medellín – Colombia.

Luis has more than 30 years of experience in leadership responsibilities in the Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution areas of Latin American companies based in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, USA and the Caribbean Region.

Luis is an expert in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and in the design and implementation of supply chain synchronization and maturation projects through the alignment of all the functions of the organization.

His simple, comprehensive and powerful approach to processes, information technologies and change management results in the strengthening of high-performance multifunctional teams that, through efficient supply chain management, produce financial results measured in Working Capital reductions, an increase in the Free Cash Flow, the improvement of EBITDA and an improvement in the level of customer service.
