Andres Iriarte is a world-class expert in the area of Value Based Management (VBM) with more than 25 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning Modeling and Business Intelligence to drive companies strategic and operational decisions regarding the investment and use of resources in alignment with their overall aspirations.

His focus is on measuring and reporting value creation through planning and forecasting methodologies supported by best predictive and prescriptive big data analytical practices and digital tools.

Before adopting a full-time practice in above mentioned technologies, Andrés worked for The Dow Chemical Company for 20 years as a technical expert in a broad range of plastics R&D, manufacturing and economic evaluation positions.  After Dow, he worked for 8 years for the Phoenix Group, a leading plastics packaging manufacturer in Latin America, with leadership positions in the IT, Product Development, Manufacturing and Purchasing functions.
