Alejandro Torres is Industrial Engineer, Master, and PhD Candidate in Government and Culture of Organizations, with studies in Executive Company Leadership.

Alejandro has more than 30 years of experience in management responsibilities at the national and regional level in the areas of Human Resources, IT Technology and Operations in multinational companies such as Holcim, Dow Chemical, BP and BBVA in Colombia, Brazil and the United States.

Since 2009, Alejandro has worked as a consultant in Strategy, Leadership Development, and Talent Management in Colombia and several countries in Latin America.

He is a university professor at INALDE Business School in Bogota, Colombia and has been a member of several Boards of Directors for companies in diverse economic sectors.
